Third-Party Review allows managers to review their team's completed forms in Compliable without needing to print or email them.
Step 1: Please ensure Compliable has your company's Third-Party Review turned on. Please contact Compliable if you need this turned on for your company.
Step 2: To turn on Third-Party Review, click on the icon on the top right of your Compliable screen and select the “Settings” option.
You will see “Your Settings” and “Company Settings” options. “Your Settings” can be turned on so other managers can review your forms as outlined in our Employee Guide.
Step 3: Under the “Company Settings” tab click on the “Access/Privacy” section. From here the company Officer Account can “Add a reviewer” by clicking on the button and selecting which Managers from the list you would like to have the ability to review employee documents.
Step 4: When Employees have marked their forms as “Ready for Review” they will appear on the manager dashboard under the “Ready for Review” tab. Click “View” on the right-side column to open the employee's profile page.
Step 5: Click on the “Download Form” link to directly download the completed form to your company. NOTE: If a user has forms marked “Ready for Review” but does not show the option of “Download Form” on their profile, the user will need to update their settings to allow their manager to review their completed forms.
