You will see your forms "In Progress" on your "Profile" page under the "My Licenses" tab on the top navigation bar.
Forms currently assigned to you will show as "In Progress" and automatically move to "Ready for Review" when you complete and download the form. Once a form is "Ready for Review", you can update the status as needed to "Submitted", "Changes Requested", etc.
Once a form is moved to "Submitted" it will appear below in the "License Tracking" panel under the "In Progress" panel. From the License Tracking, you can change the status to Active, Rejected, etc, and add your license number, active date, and expiration date as you receive them.
It is best practice to update your form status as you go through the process of completing your forms, submitting them, and getting your active license so both you and your manager can keep track of and manage the status of each form status.
Please Note: Some statuses and information can only be updated and entered by a manager. If you are unable to change or update your status or enter information, please reach out to your manager for help updating.
