If your company is using 2FA, you can receive your code via email or SMS text message. With 2FA the default option is code via email. You can add and set up your Mobile Number under your "Profile" tab in Compliable if you would rather receive your code via text message.
Please make sure to include your country code before your mobile number.
If you have a US cell number, the country code is 1. If you do not include the country code, you will not be able to receive your 2FA SMS and will not be able to log in. Please note the system will say your 2FA was sent via email even if it was sent via SMS text.
