After you generate the forms, download and print them to sign and initial where needed. The forms should indicate where to send them along with the payment required for the jurisdiction. Please contact your Compliance Manager for your company's specific procedures and process once your forms are generated.
Please note: Do NOT sign anything that needs to be Notarized as you will need to sign those pages in the presence of a Notary Public.
