How do I add an existing license to an employee's page?

Click the "Employee List" dropdown from the “Employee Management” tab on the top Navigation Bar.

Find the employee you are looking for and click on their email address to take you to their employee profile.

Scroll down to the “License Tracking” section on the employee profile and click the plus symbol that says “Add a License”.

Now you can input the license name, number, active/expiration dates, and status. Make sure to click “Save changes” when finished.
