Where do I get a vendor ID number for NJ application?

First you will fill out the New Jersey Vendor Registration Form in our system. You will download this PDF and send this to your Sportsbook partner in New Jersey. This Sportsbook partner will file this on your behalf. After the Vendor Registration Form is filed, your company will appear on the New Jersey approved vendor list (a public document updated every day). That list includes every vendor’s ID number. You will pull that number and enter it into the New Jersey Vendor Registration Supplemental Disclosure form in our system. You will need to file the Vendor Registration Supplemental Disclosure form within 30 days of filing the Vendor Registration form.
